Q: What are the age requirements to shop with Demacho Delivery?

A: Patients must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Picture ID or Passport, expired IDs will not be accepted - no exceptions. Patients 18+ can shop with Demacho Delivery if holding a valid/current Medical Recommendation from a Doctor or approved Medical Recommendation Provider.

Q: Where do you deliver? Delivery minimum and methods of payment?

A: We deliver across most of Los Angeles, Culver City, Hollywood, East LA, South LA, but you can enter your address at checkout for confirmation if you're in our delivery area!

Delivery is free wtih a $45 order minimum. Besides cash and ACH/Stronghold payments, we accept Zelle with no charge and Apple Cash and Venmo, both with a $3 fee. We can provide this digital payment info upon request.

Q: What are the delivery hours?

A: Monday- Saturday 9am–10pm, and 10am-10pm Sundays. Orders must be received by 9:30pm for same-day delivery

Q: What is the Demacho return policy?

A: All sales are final with some exceptions for damaged/defective products, and returns must be completed within 24 hours of purchase, and accompanied by original packaging.  Now that the boring stuff is out of the way – Demacho Delivery prides itself on customer service and we want you to be satisfied with every order. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us and a member of management will get the issue resolved.
