Q: What are the age requirements to shop with Demacho Delivery?

A: All patients must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Picture ID or Passport. Patients 18 and older can shop with Demacho Delivery with a VALID Medical Recommendation from a Doctor or approved Medical Recommendation Provider.

Q: Where do you deliver? How much is it to order?

A: We Delivery up to 20 miles from Downtown Los Angeles (some exclusions apply)

Delivery is free! We do not charge fees, but you must meet an order minimum for your area.

0-10 Miles = $45 Minimum

11-15 Miles = $75 Minimum

16-20 Miles = $100 Minimum

Q: What are the delivery hours?

A: From 9am – 10pm. Order must be in by 9:45pm for same-day delivery

Q: What is the Demacho return policy?

A: Returns for damaged or defective product must be completed within 24 hours of purchase, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt and original packaging. Refunds totaling more than $500 will be returned by check within 7-10 business days after verified return. Now that the boring stuff is out of the way – Demacho Delivery prides itself on customer service and we want you to be satisfied with every Delivery. If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us and a member of management will get the issue resolved. We strive to have the best return policy in Los Angeles.
